How to stay awake during night study

If I ask you, do you sleep or study at night, the majority will say that they sleep at night but there is a little percentage of people who believe that studying at night is the best. At night there is peace and silence which is the best for efficient studying. Though studying at night is bad according to a study by Texas A&M Medical College, it was observed that studying late into the night can result in a sharp decrease in performance for specific learning and memory tasks. This is a fact and cannot be ignored but studying sometimes in the night before exams may help you. So, today our team has brought to you 5 things that you should keep in mind while studying at night.
If you ask us we would definitely not recommend you study at night as research says that learning is more effective in morning from 4am-7am.
Make your study space a study-friendly environment. Switch on the lights and light up your study space. Bright white light stimulates your body to stay awake.
Avoid heavy dinners. Heavy meals have the effect of making you drowsy. Have a light meal.
Set regular alarms so that you keep yourself awake and don’t fall asleep.
Keep moving. at one place will eventually cause your mind to stagnant, which will induce sleep and shatter your focus.
Chew gum or suck on a mint. Having something to occupy your mouth may help you get through the night. Mint gum or chewy candies can also improve your mood and increase alertness.
